Beau McNeff, MBA, CLSSB
Chief Executive Officer
Beau McNeff brings nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership to the team. This includes nearly a decade of experience from Kaiser Permanente, 6 years in pediatric healthcare systems, and 5 years focused on rural health. Beau is also an Army veteran, having served as the executive officer for the 915th Forward Surgical Team (trauma). While not clinically trained, this experience included many clinical aspects and gave Beau a deep appreciation for the incredible work our front-line teams do. Because of his Army deployment to Afghanistan, you will see Beau with his service dog, Jasmine.
Beau is a family man, first and foremost. He and his wife have been married for 20 years and are proud parents to 5 amazing kids. Beau knows firsthand the value of family time and instills in Weiser Memorial Hospital & Clinics a culture of work-life balance.

Pamela Stampfli,
CFO, MBA, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Pam Stampfli serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Weiser Memorial Hospital, where she has been a member of the leadership team for over five years. Pam is an alumnus of Boise State University, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an MBA. Pam has over 20 years of healthcare finance experience. She oversees not only the finance department but also the revenue cycle, IT, dietary, and materials management departments.
Pam is actively involved in advancing healthcare finance across the state. She currently serves as President-Elect of the Idaho Chapter of the Health Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is a board member of the Idaho Hospital Association's Healthcare Joint Ventures.
Born and raised in Idaho, Pam is passionate about supporting rural healthcare and strengthening the communities she serves. She and her husband, Kent, have three adult children and enjoy life on their nine-acre property. Outside of work, Pam enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Hilary Kile, RN
Chif Executive Officer
Hilary Kile is the Chief Nursing Officer at WMH. She started her career in this organization in June of 2002 as a new graduate nurse. Hilary graduated from the Treasure Valley Community College Nursing Program in Ontario, OR. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Science University, Portland, OR (2007) and Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Public Health from Grand Canyon University, Pheonix, AZ (2021). Hilary will always cherish the years of working at the bedside caring for patients and families. She often reminisces about that experience and the impact that those patients have had on her life. Being able to connect with a person in their most vulnerable time is a tremendous gift. Hilary feels very fortunate to work alongside the very people that dedicate their lives to patient care.
Hilary is an Idaho native and longtime resident of the Treasure Valley. She grew up in Parma and currently lives in Fruitland. With her husband, John, she has been blessed with three wonderful children, Macy, Colbie and Jase, and her fur-baby, Remi. Outside of work she spends a lot of time keeping up with her kids and their extracurricular activities. Hilary’s family enjoy sports, traveling to new places and exploring the great state of Idaho. She really enjoys a good laugh, and is always looking for the humor in the little things.
