The laboratory at Weiser Memorial Hospital is a full-service laboratory staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with no appointments needed. We pride ourselves on patient safety, satisfaction and community relationships. We are a CLIA certified laboratory, and our team consists of Certified Medical Laboratory Scientists, Medical Laboratory Technicians and Phlebotomists/Laboratory Assistants all here to serve the community and outside providers. Our laboratory uses cutting edge instrumentation to perform a comprehensive test menu onsite, including:
- General Chemistry
- Cardiac chemistry
- Immunoassays (PSA, Thyroid, A1C)
- Therapeutic Drug Levels
- Coagulation studies
- Urinalysis
- Molecular Testing
- Pre-operative testing
- Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine including Maternity (Mother/baby/delivery) testing and Rh Immune Globulin candidacy and infusion.
For all testing that is not performed in our laboratory we have an affiliation with St. Luke’s Health System Core Laboratory for the performance of all microbiology testing orders as well as other Reference Laboratories providing the capabilities for any testing requests.
We are happy and eager to serve our community, providing expedient and quality care for your laboratory testing needs.
