You will receive an email from MyCareCorner
after your visit to the clinic or hospital
(if you provided an email address).
From the email, click the link and follow
the steps to set up an account.
*Multiple patients can be set up
under one account (email/password combination) so that family members can be accessed
from a single account holder.

- After you create your account from the email, download MyCareCorner from your App Store
- or Google Play Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, you can log in
with the email and password you just created.
You will be prompted to create a 4-digit PIN
for simple sign-in in the future.
