In recent years, the hospital has grown to include the Surgical and Specialty Clinic that provides access to numerous specialists, as well as Family Medical Center, a family practice clinic that provides access to local family physicians.



We offer a full spectrum of healthcare services using modern equipment that utilizes the latest in technology. Our competent and professional staff are eager to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for your visit.

In 2023: WMH performed more than 914 surgical procedures.



  • 34 babies were born at WMH last year.
  • 228 inpatients were served at WMH.
  • 35 Swing Bed patients for recovery, rehabilitation and extended care at the hospital.
  • 15,544 outpatients were served at WMH.
  • 3,549 visits to the WMH Emergency Department.
  • 5,553 patients were seen in Imaging Department.
  • 2,033 CT scans.

WMH GENERAL FACTS

Founded in 1950, WMH was established with funding from Washington County, The City of Weiser and individual donors. We now offer a wide range of health care and related services through the addition of our Surgical and Specialty Clinic. We are now supported in part by the Washington County taxpayers, through the Washington County Hospital Taxing District, with all revenues going back to the hospital’s mission in the form of services, facilities, personnel, and equipment.


  • WMH is guided by a volunteer Board of Trustees elected by the Washington County taxpayers.
  • WMH serves Washington, Adams and Payette Counties and surrounding areas.
  • WMH is a Licensed 25 bed critical access hospital in Weiser.
  • The WMH emergency department offers 24 hour urgent care, medical imaging, blood testing and more.
  • WMH staff includes more than 100 employees.
